Furnace design: The furnace adopts a stepped assembly structure that integrates mechanical laws, effectively ensuring uniform force distribution during the heating process, preventing heat energy loss, and extending the service life of the furnace.

Furnace material: Made of new lightweight alumina ceramic fibers, it has excellent insulation effect, is lightweight and resistant to high temperature, rapid cooling and heating, is not easy to crack, crystallize, and slag, so there is no need to worry about contaminating the fired products. The energy-saving effect is 60% -80% of that of old-fashioned electric furnaces.

Temperature control method: using an intelligent temperature controller: with 30-50 segments of programmable PID self-tuning, automatic heating and cooling, no need to be on duty. RS-485 communication interface and control software can also be optionally equipped to achieve real-time control on the computer (connecting to a regular computer can start, stop, alarm stop heating, set heating curve, store heating curve, and record historical curve functions).
