Auto Clamp Features:
1. X Axis: Automatic alignment function for left and right slight adjustment, which is very convenient for alignment and improves production efficiency greatly;
2. Z Axis: Pioneering automatic alignment function on up and down slight adjustment in Jewelry industry, the operator does not need to adjust the clamp height one by one when they continuously make different thickness rubber mould. This function may reduce the labor of the operator, lower the air leakage and wax leakage and improve production efficiency greatly.

5. The clamp unit adds a rapid lifting structure. The operator does not need any tools when processing different thickness rubber mould in the same wax injector machine. Two fingers are enough to position the wax injecting nozzle and the mouth of rubber mould into perfect match easily, conveniently and accurately.
6. "air cylinder structure" and "straight-through flow channel" are adopted for the wax injection valve. Injection distance of this wax injection valve is approximately 10 times farer than before based on the same injection pressure and temperature conditions. This means targeting ratio is higher than the traditional one on the production of wax pieces and with less burrs. It is more applicable for big bracelet, high-precision wax setting, and ultra-thin big wax pieces.
7. Temperature, timing and pressure are controlled by digital circuit,the precision is more accurate than anolog logic circuit.
8. Integrated body for this wax injector, the installation process is very convenient and fast.
