Auto Steering Knuckles are used in the areas of motorcycles or auto motors , forged with quality material. we have three production lines , are able to produce Auto Steering Knuckles  and other diverse parts  such as Gears, Connecting Rod, Crank Shaft ,Universal Joint, Ball Joint ,Yoke, Transmission Shaft etc.After forming by forged, Auto Steering Knuckles will be processed by heat treatment for further machined, beforelast quality checking and packing, Auto Steering Knuckles are processed by shot blasting for fine surface.

Quality Control

We will design each special tooling to control key dimensions of forging steering knuckle during manufacture and before packing to ensure each key dimension under control.

Second , you accept our quotation , then you pay for the tooling cost and we will arrange to make the sample on approval .

Third , you approve with the sample and we make sales contract for you to confirm .

Fourth , manufacturing products and shipping to you .

Fifth , you pay us the balance .

Finally , you receive forging steering knuckle and feedback .
