Flour sieve machine a general-purpose vibrating screening, sieving and filtering device with wide application in powder, granules, solid and liquid separation materials.

 1. By means of unbalance hammer mounted along the motor shaft, rotary vibrating screen convert the rotation of the motor into a 3-D movement, i.e. horizontal, vertical and inclined movement.

2.  Then the 3-D movement is transferred to the vibration screen surface, which leads to an involutes movement of the materials on the screen surface. 

3.  Flour sieve machine can handle the material into the Precision Screening or Probability screening by adjust the upper and lower ends of the phase angle of the hammer so as to change the movement trajectories of materials on the vibration screen surface. It has the feature of long trajectory of materials and high utilization rate of vibration screen surface.

 Main applied in food industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, metallurgical industry and so on.

Outer packing is plywood case, which is up to the international standards. 

Inner packing is stretch film for water corrosion.
All of package are wrapped by 0.5mm steel belt for further strengthen.
